CORONAVIRUS – COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND APPLICABLE MEASURES 18 March 2020

In response to the guidelines and recommendations of the national authorities in the fight against the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19, we would like to kindly inform our customers that we continue to provide all banking services at all our branches and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) throughout the Kingdom, as well as through the digital channel, during working hours.

Therefore, and in compliance with the measures that act as barriers against the spread of COVID-19, we invite all customers to take into account the following information and instructions:

- All measures are taken to ensure the smooth operation of our branches’ ATMs and their regular supply of cash.

- The number of customers who can access a bank branch at the same time shall be limited to between 5 and 10, depending on the size and surface area of the branch premises.

- Access to bank counters will be regulated by the bank’s security officer at the entrance, while customers outside the branch will be kept waiting if necessary.

- Inside the branch, please respect the distance of at least 1.5 m from any other person.

- All contact surfaces will be regularly sanitised.

- Cough or sneeze into the crease of your elbow or into a disposable handkerchief.
